Open the 
Time Sheet Line Absence Detail window.
Specifies details about an absence that you are reporting on a time sheet. To see the list, in the Description field, choose the field to open the window.

Cause of Absence Code | Specifies the code for the type of absence. |
Description | Contains the description of the absence associated with the time sheet line. By default, the field contains the Absence code. You can modify this and enter up to 50 characters. |
