On the IT Manager Role Centre, you can view the status of Microsoft Dynamics CRM synchronisation jobs that were run from the job queue. The synchronisation jobs are used when integrating Microsoft Dynamics NAV with Microsoft Dynamics CRM to ensure that data is the same in both Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Viewing the Microsoft Dynamics CRM synchronisation job status enables you to see whether any jobs have failed and the cause of the failure. When a job fails, then no data is synchronised.
To view the Microsoft Dynamics CRM synchronisation job status
Open the IT Manager Role Centre.
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM synchronisation job status is available in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Synch. Job Status window.
If this part is not displayed, do the following:
On the Application menu
, select Customise, and then Customise this Page.In the Customise the Role Centre window, in the Available parts field, select CRM Synch. Job Status, and then choose Add.
Use the Move Up, Move Down, Move Left, and Move Right buttons to position the part on your Role Centre.
Choose the OK button.
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Synch. Job Status window includes the Failed Synch. Jobs Cue that displays the total number of failed synchronisation jobs. To view the details of the failures, choose the Cue.
The Failed Synch. Job list opens.
Tip You can also open the Failed Synch. Job list by entering Failed Synch Jobs in the Search box, and then choose the related link. You can perform the following operations from the menu on Microsoft Dynamics CRM Synch. Job Status:

To reset the Cue to zero, choose Reset.
Counting begins from the last time that a Microsoft Dynamics CRM synchronisation job was in the Ready state. -
To view and edit the Microsoft Dynamics CRM synchronisation jobs in the Job Queue, choose Job Queue Entries.

To view or change the settings of the connection from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, choose Dynamics CRM Connection Setup.

To reset the Cue to zero, choose Reset.
