You can disable personalisation for all users by modifying the profile. When you disable personalisation for a profile, all users of that profile cannot personalise their user interface.
To disable personalisation
In the Search box, enter Profiles, and then choose the related link.
Select the profile that you want to modify.
Select the Disable personalisation check box, and then choose the OK button.
