You use a GST statement to calculate your GST settlement amount for a certain period, for example, a quarter.

To define GST statements

  1. In the Search box, enter GST Statement, and then choose the related link.

  2. In the GST Statement window, choose the Name field to see the GST Statement Names window.

  3. Set up a new statement. Fill in the Name and Description fields.

  4. Select the new GST Statement name and choose the OK button.

  5. Fill in the fields in the GST Statement window. For more information about a specific field, select the field, and then press F1.
