You can customise the background or text colours that are used in Help to more easily read Help content.

To change the colour of the background or text in Help
Open the Help window.
Choose Options, and then choose Internet Options.
On the General tab, choose Accessibility. Select Ignore colours specified on webpages. You can also choose to use the settings specified in your own style sheet.
To customise the colours used in Help, on the General tab, choose Colours. Clear the Use Windows Colours check box, and then select the font and background colours that you want to use.
