You can assign an organisational level to your contacts to specify which position they have in the company, for example, top management. Only contact persons can be assigned organisational levels. You can only assign one organisational level to each contact.
Before you can do this, you must set up organisational levels in the
Organisational Levels window.
To assign an organisational level
In the Search box, enter Contact, and then choose the related link.
In the Contacts window, select the contact that you want to assign an organisational level to
On the Segmentation FastTab, in the Organisational Levels field, select the code you want to assign.
